Meet Your Team
Anali Martin
Editorial Assistant
While born and raised in Cary, NC, Anali attended Eastern Mennonite University in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia and received a B.A. in English and Writing Studies in May 2020. Post-graduation, Anali lived in DC for a year, serving at a feminist theological nonprofit. While DC, Virginia, and Colorado, where she lived for a year, also have her heart, Anali moved back to North Carolina in August 2021 and started at Technica as an Editorial Assistant soon after. She shamelessly loves copyediting and learning more about the editorial, peer review, and publishing process. She enjoyed working for the literary arts journal and participating in theater in college, and hopes to find similar outlets in NC, while she dabbles in various arts and crafts and improves her (very) amateur tennis skills.
The Technica Advantage
At Technica Editorial, we believe that great teams cannot function in silos, which is why every member of our staff is cross-trained in editorial support and production. We train our employees from the ground up so they can see how each role fits into the larger publishing process. This strategy means Technica is uniquely positioned to identify opportunities to improve and streamline your workflow. Because we invest in creating leaders, you get more than remote support — you get a partner.
